Questions worth asking.
Can you clean outside office hours?
Yes, and most of our commercial work is done that way. Before seven in the morning or after six in the evening, so your team never works around a vacuum. Weekends are available on contract too.
Do I need to be there during the clean?
Most clients are not. We can hold a key or an alarm code under a signed access agreement. Keys are tagged by reference number only, never by address.
How much does it cost?
Every job is quoted individually rather than off a rate card, because an hourly figure tells you very little until we know the room list. Send us the details and we come back with a price that includes products, equipment and VAT, with nothing added afterwards.
What if I am not happy with a visit?
Tell us within 24 hours and we return to put it right at no cost. If it happens twice we change your cleaner without any awkward conversation on your side.
Do you work directly, or through an agency?
Directly. Bella Clean is the cleaning company, not a booking service that passes your job to somebody else. You deal with us, we carry the insurance, and we are the ones responsible if something is not right.
Can you work around pets and allergies?
Yes. Tell us when you book and we will send a cleaner who is comfortable with animals and switch to fragrance free, allergen conscious products at no extra charge.
